Whole-house renovation of an English Manor-style home built by Henry Grant Morse in Windsor Farms in the late 1920s.
The homeowner wanted to reconfigure the small, closed floor plan to create larger, more functional space while staying true to the integrity of the home’s historical footprint. By combining an outdated kitchen, a small bedroom, and bath we created a large, multi-functional space for family, friends, and client entertaining.
This build also included the creation of a large master suite with walk-in closet, sitting area, and master bath.
Custom cabinets and millwork to stay true to the home’s classic English Tudor heritage
Subtle use of the quatrefoil design found in the stained glass windows and cathedral arches used in the main entry of the home
As a team, Wyndi and John provide the full gamut of services, from design to the highest-quality implementation. Wyndi held my hand through the enormous number of decisions to be made, from selecting appliances to flooring and light fixtures. John was on-site daily, overseeing the work of many subcontractors—all of whom were professional, receptive to input, and reliable. They treated our home like their home.
