Revitalizing a Monument Avenue kitchen to maximize storage and functionality with a minimalist approach to design.
The client and architect wanted to take advantage of the 10-foot ceilings while also keeping the design aesthetic as light and bright as possible since the kitchen was on the northern side of the residence.
Created a separate laundry room rather than a cabinet concealed washer and dryer in the kitchen
Incorporated a transom and mirrored doors to retain and reflect light in the space
Custom, quarter-sawn, Euro-slab, maple cabinetry in a natural finish keep the space current and bright
Floor to ceiling cabinetry maximize storage
Mirrored back-splash reflects light and complements the kitchen’s sleek design aesthetic
